The Skeleton Semi Trailer is welded by the longitudinal beam, cross beam and front and rear beams. The longitudinal beam is made of high-quality 16Mn steel plate submerged arc welded into I-shape.

The cross beam is stamped into a groove with a high-quality steel plate, and the front and rear end beams are welded rectangular sections. The middle container-locking device is equipped with an integral long beam to improve the bearing capacity of the container-locking device.

The entire frame is shot peened, assembled, and welded on a special positioning platform. The skeleton semi Trailer is structure design is very practical with high strength and elegant appearance. A container tightening device is installed on the frame, which allows two types of standard containers: 40 FT and 20 FT.
